NEPAL: Nepal Expedition

Himalaya "the abode of snow" is known as Kang-Ri in sherpa language means snow mountain.It is a unique high land of our globe.Since it is so high above the sea level,scientists like to compare it with north or south poles,called it the "Third Pole" of the world.


Himalayas have captured the dreams, the desires and aspiration of the human beings.It appeared  so awesome, so majestic and so  mysterious that a lot of legends and myths are woven on them.The people were admiring at the magnificient mountains for thousands of years with fears, hopes & illusions.They wrote about them,worshipped them and made pilgrimage to them.

The Himalayan range starts from Afganistan through Pakistan, India, Nepal and ends in Bhutan.Nepal has 1/3 of the total length that is 800 km.But this region has almost all the highest mountains of the world.

Expedition is to climb the Himalayas which needs special permit from the government. It  takes lots of preparation and involves formalities. The government of Nepal has opened 326 peaks for expedition & mountaineering  purpose. The Nepal Himalaya has been attraction to many people such as philosophers,researchers,adventures and the amatuar people for climbing high mountain etc.For climbing,one should have mountaineering skill including use of ice axe, crampons, ropes and other climbing gears before attempting to scale any of the mountains and permits government office through our registered company.
